5-week beginner contemporary/lyrical dance session for adults 18+. No prior dance experience required.
Classes take place at: Greystone Recreation Center in Raleigh, NC
Full-session enrollment only; this is not a drop-in class.
This is also the final Studio 19 session before December 5 team tryouts and the last opportunity to complete the session requirement for dancers interested in qualifying for the Performance Team launching in January 2027.
How to Register
Contemporary Foundations is Studio 19 Dance Company’s beginner-level lyrical/contemporary class for adults ages 18+. This 5-week session is designed for first-time dancers, dancers with little prior experience, or those returning to dance after time away.
Enrollment is for the full 5-week session. Single-class and drop-in registration are not available.
Classes are held Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 PM, October 22–November 19, 2026 at Greystone Recreation Center in Raleigh.
The full 5-week session is $165. Registration is completed online and closes October 15 at 11:59 PM ET or when spots fill, whichever comes first.Â
