Contemporary Progressions is Studio 19 Dance Company’s Intermediate/Advanced lyrical/contemporary class for adults ages 18+. This 5-week session is designed for experienced dancers with prior technical training who are comfortable moving at a faster pace and continuing to refine their technique.

Classes are held Thursdays from 7:00–8:00 PM, October 22–November 19, 2026 at Greystone Recreation Center in Raleigh.

The full 5-week session is $165. Enrollment is for the full session. Single-class and drop-in registration are not available.

Registration closes October 15 at 11:59 PM ET or when spots fill, whichever comes first.

This is also the final Studio 19 session before December 5 team tryouts and the last opportunity to complete the required Intermediate/Advanced Studio 19 session for dancers interested in qualifying for the 2027 Competition Team launching in January. This session also satisfies the session requirement for dancers interested in the Performance Team.
