NAMI Wake County is excited to offer Trauma-Sensitive Yoga sessions in partnership with the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health. Led by certified instructor Megan Wheeler, these sessions provide a gentle, supportive space focused on stress relief and mindfulness through accessible movement practices.

Classes are designed to be inclusive of all body types and experience levels, and we welcome beginners and anyone seeking a non-judgmental environment to reconnect with themselves. Participants can register for individual classes or multiple sessions throughout the series.

Classes take place in person at the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health Community Hub at 401 East Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh, NC.
